Custom Fitted Diaper

Our custom fitted diaper is contructed with:
Body - 3 layers of fabrics which consist of 1 layer of cotton knits/ woven, 1 layer of organic bamboo fleece and 1 layer of wicking fabric (seudocloth/ microfleece/ microchamois) or natural fabric (cotton velour/ organic bamboo velour)

For size S:
Trifold insert: 1 layer of organic bamboo fleece and 1 layer of organic bamboo velour. This would be equal to 6 layers if folded into trifold. Optional to add wicking fabric to the trifold for dry effect to baby's skin.
Total of 9 layers of fabric at the wet zone for a diaper size S. Optional to make it 12 layers by adding doubler.

For size M,L,XL, XXL and OS:
Trifold Soaker : 1 layer of organic bamboo fleece & 1 layer of organic bamboo velour. This would make 6 layers of fabrics when it is folded into trifold.
Hourglass Soaker : 2 layers of organic bamboo fleece & 1 layer of either wicking fabric (microchamois/ microfleece/ seudocloth) or organic bamboo velour.
Total of 12 layers of fabric at the wet zone for a diaper size M,L, XL, XXL and OS. Optional to make it 15 layers by adding doubler.

Optional:
Additional Doubler : 3 layers of or organic bamboo fleece
Hip snap for front-snapping diaper: This is suitable for skinny baby to avoid wing drop problem. Our innovative design would ensure that the hip snap would not touch your child delicate skin after she/he's getting bigger (i.e when the hip snap is not used during this stage)

Note: You can also choose your own favourite fabrics (in-stock) such as hemp, cotton, microfibre or any combination of fabrics for its body & soaker.Price would be quoted once once order is received
